The Exhibition was an ambitious project built to celebrate and encourage Craft, Art and Industry at the start of the Great Depression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having remained almost derelict for nearly a decade the building has sprung back to life as a fully operational working Brewery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wylam Brewery is a 20-minute walk &#8211; or two-minute taxi! &#8211; from Newcastle town centre, on the edge of Exhibition Park. Wylam have listed a number of travel options <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wylambrewery.co.uk\/access\/\">on their <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wylambrewery.co.uk\/access\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">w<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wylambrewery.co.uk\/access\/\">ebsite<\/a>.
